Rain don't fall on me, see i've got too far to go home. So much more stops left to take, and I walk slow with wet clothes. The clouds roll in, my visions gone, which way is right? Feel so alone. Please take my hand, and guide the way, is this the track? But you won't say. Lord show me cause I don't know, why was I put here? Oh whats the purpose? Lord show me just one more sign, no destination i'm feeling blind. Say the words I need to hear, lately your voice has been so hard to understand. Float don't fight the waves too strong, the moon controls the tides and you're so far from land. I see less sign, footprints decrease, which way is right? I can't find peace. Please take my hand, and guide the way, is this the track? But you won't say. Lord show me cause I don't know, why was I put here? Oh whats the purpose? Lord show me just one more sign, no destination i'm feeling blind. Lord show me cause I don't know, why was I put here? Oh whats the purpose? Lord show me just one more sign, no destination i'm feeling blind. Slow down and just observe, it's all inside your head just made up in your mind. Sit down and you might find, the lord you're searching for has been you all this time.

Follow Me 06:02
Still morning, spider webs are glistening. Cicadas hum birds singing i'm just listening. Cigarette smoke rolls, grass grain slowly swaying. Air so warm, sun on my skin is kissing. I'm looking at life from the present moment. Head amongst the leaves ego no longer torments. The breeze so quiet peace of mind is forming. Feeling so bliss the waters are so calming. Reflecting on the past, breathing in the future. (we are out here in nature, breathing in that good ass prana baby (Ralph Smart)) Hoping these times last, mmm I can't be so sure. (you don't know enough to worry (Terrence McKenna)) Don't contemplate to much, constantly searching for the cure. (We are so focused on the story of me (Mooji Baba)) Let your eyelids touch, seek light in the dark it's so pure. Staring in the mirror my reflection smiling. It wasn't once this way, thought I was slowly dying. Back up on my two feet as soon as I gave up trying. Let go of expectation and I can't stop admiring. The little things in life leave the biggest footprint. The had a hold of me, didn't realise I was absent. Ignored my wants and needs locked true feelings in the basement. But I found the key is this freedom cause I can taste it. Reflecting on the past, breathing in the future. (We're out here, in nature, breathing in that good ass prana baby (Ralph Smart)) Hoping these times last, mmm I can't be so sure. (Somebody had said thoughts were made to conceal truth (Alan Watts)) Don't contemplate too much, constantly searching for the cure. (The difficulty is only corresponding to the strength of your identity as a person (Mooji Baba)) Let your eyelids touch, seek light in the dark it's so pure. Oh I can see it in your eyes Sometimes a smiles just a disguise I see that your soul has been torn No point in fighting this alone Oooo just follow me, just follow me. Just follow me, just follow me, just follow me, just follow me.

Deep rooted earth pulling me down, wedged between clarity and the ground. Although it's dark I eat what I can't see, none the wiser it's still nutrient to me. Soon to be lifted but personas grip will always tighten, the ego in pursuit as soon as one becomes enlightened. The tethers cling not letting go, of a life that once was shallow. Hindrances live like a plant uproot each like pulling mallow. When the truth is realised the surface begins to clear, with each rising sun light exposes shadows feeding fear. Some days they'll over grow you'll feel lost within a jungle. Plunge into the abyss just know that everybody stumbles. Dark clouds bring rain when it's bad, thunder and lightning. The waters germinating, what sprouts my seem frightening. The tethers cling not letting go of a life that once was shallow, hindrances live like a plant uproot each like pulling mallow.

It may take years to realise that it's all a lie, I sit and wait observing my mind now I can fly. I've realised, i've been stuck inside subjective reality, For too long, opened my eyes, I begin to notice all the little things What am I on? So please, don't forsake me. Don't be a tease, just commit to the truth. This life's a game so you better know the rules before you, go and play yourself. Why are we so tame we've forgotten what we are i'm not surprised, about general human health. Take a look around it's so plain to see don't be as, blunt as your knife. Focus on the now tell me what you need to be a, alive not a life. We have a gift a power so pure but it's been used to rule, it's all equal life's a fair playing ground but we choose to be fools. Apparently, we think superman will give us clarity. Some call him god. Oh I believe, all the answers come as you sit silently, they preach I smile and nod. Focus on the now tell me what you need to be a, alive not a life.

about

Meditation has become an important part of my everyday life. It has cultivated my ability to be aware in each moment and to use that awareness to act in ways that will benefit myself and others. The songs on this EP were written during an important year of my life. Year 2017, a year in which I battled a deep depression that was conquered by the power of meditation and spirituality. Suffering is something we are all affected by whether we like it or not. Physical suffering is hard to deal with but suffering induced by the mind is well within our control. Don't become a victim of the mind! It's only ever perception ;)
